Program Overview:
Both OSWB and HIIT HARD SATURDAYS are designed to push your boxing skills and overall fitness to new heights. These classes emphasize a combination of boxing technique, defense, and high-intensity conditioning to provide a challenging, comprehensive workout.
What to Expect:
- Dynamic Warm-Ups & Functional Movements: Start with exercises tailored to activate key muscle groups and improve flexibility, setting the stage for an intense workout.
- Punch, Defense, & Footwork Breakdown: Learn proper punches and defensive moves, with 2-3 defensive techniques integrated into combination building. Emphasis is placed on footwork as a foundational skill throughout.
- Combination Building: Flow through punching combinations while maintaining form and defensive awareness. This element of the program develops coordination, speed, and precision.
- Class Size: To maintain quality instruction and safety, class sizes are capped between 20-60 participants, ensuring personalized attention from our trainers.
